Dr. Soma S. Johnkutty was born and raised in Queens, NY. She attended the Sophie Davis seven year Biomedical Education program through CCNY. She received her MD from Stony Brook Medical School in 1999. She completed her pediatric residency at NY Medical College/ Westchester Medical Center in 2002. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Prior to working at GCP, Dr. Johnkutty worked in community health centers in Long Island and in the South Bronx NY.
Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is watching her patients grow while building relationships with them and their families.
