Linda I. Collazo, MD was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She graduated cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey with a degree in Natural Sciences. She received her MD degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and completed her residency in Pediatrics at University of Florida, Jacksonville - Wolfson' Children's Hospital.
Prior to Growing Child Pediatrics, Dr. Collazo worked for the University of Florida and the Duval County Health Department in Jacksonville, FL and for a private practice in Riverdale, MD. She has been working for GCP since September 2007. She is proficient in both Spanish and English.
Dr. Collazo has an 18 month old baby boy and has been married for seven years. Time off is spent enjoying her family and traveling. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know her patients and their families and forming lasting relationships with them.
