Anastasia Herbert, FNP
Anastasia (Stacy) Herbert is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Bachelors in Nursing as well as her Masters in Nursing. Prior to joining Growing Child Pediatrics as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in May of 2009, Stacy worked as a Registered Nurse in the ER at Duke University Medical Center. She also worked as FNP in a family practice in Benson which provided primary care to the under or uninsured population of rural North Carolina.
Stacy and her husband, Travis, have one daughter, Amelia, born in March 2010. In their spare time the Herbert family enjoys snowboarding, spending time outdoors and with their dog Cali Bear, as well as spending time with their family and friends. Stacy is also a die hard TARHEEL fan!
Stacy takes care of patients of all ages and loves helping parents be the best parents they can be through education and support!
